Reconnecting with self & spirit
through breath, movement, and nature
This is a space for slowing down, returning to your body, and reuniting with your self and the greater spirit that holds us.Through attunement with nature, mindful movement, and inner stillness, we find our way home to ourselves, the wisdom we already carry and the love that supports us.“Dearly Beloved” is more than a name. It’s also a prayer- to the earth, to our ancestors and guides, to the knowing held in our bodies, and to the sacred self within.
about
I’m Rachel- a teacher, a space-holder, and a forever student of the body and the natural world. This offering is a reflection of the healing journey that guided me home to myself.
In the midst of a dark night of the soul marked by chronic pain and overwhelming anxiety, a cancer diagnosis, then a house fire, it was being outside in nature, slowing my breath, gently moving my body, and tuning in to the quiet messages of the earth that brought me back to wholeness, reminding me: I am safe. I am held. I am ok.Through somatic yoga practices, nature connection, and ritual, I support those navigating nervous system dysregulation and the challenges of grief, anxiety, pain, and disconnection. This is not about doing. It’s about being. Remembering how to slow down.
To come out of the mind and return to the body.
To feel the ground beneath you.
To be held by your breath, by the trees, by the quiet rhythm of the earth.
This is where healing begins. The name Dearly Beloved is also a love note to Prince, an artist whose spirit has helped me return to my self again and again. His words “we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life” capture the heart of what I offer: a space for deep connection, shared presence, and the reminder that we are not alone on this journey. You are Beloved. And you are rooted in love.
